Health Insurance for your Company

You are eligible to apply for coverage to begin the first of any month with any of the carriers and your rate will be good for one year from the effective date.  For each of the carriers, you have the option to select two different plans for your company.  This allows small businesses the same flexibility usually reserved for large companies. Please note that the MVP and CDPHP plans offered by Apollo are association exclusive.  Participation in those programs requires membership in one of the approved associations for whom Apollo is the benefits administrator.  Regardless of your location within New York State or the nature of your business, Apollo can recommend access to membership in the organization best suited for you.  Each association has additional membership benefits to help you grow your business.

GHI

GHI plans are available in all 62 counties in New York with rates varying according to the county of your business location.  Highlights include, no copay for dependent children and students for office or specialist visits whether sick or well, over one million
in-network providers nationally and $0 copay for generic medications.  GHI has a wide range of plan designs from which to choose.


CDPHP

CDPHP Plans are available in 24 counties of eastern and central New York.  Those counties include:  Albany, Broome, Chenango, Columbia, Delaware, Dutchess, Essex, Fulton, Greene, Hamilton, Herkimer, Madison, Montgomery, Oneida, Orange, Otsego, Rensselaer, Saratoga, Schenectady, Schoharie, Tioga, Ulster, Warren and Washington.  These plans are very cost effective and include High Deductible HSA, EPO and PPO plans.
